COMMON PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

1. TNSHADOW (Black, White, Pink)

- Because the sensor is very sensitive. Therefore you have to press directly in the middle and it cannot be a little bit off.

4. TNHELIPAD

- Yes it does.

- One USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C.

- You press and hold on to the button and it will be able to shut off. It also does not retain memory so it will start to the beginning.

- Four USB-A ports and one USB-C for the power cable (USB-C to USB-A or USB-C to USB-C)

- If you flip it you can see a cutout. You can take that part off and stick it into the hole. It will be an extra hold for your laptop

- We do not recommend it. It is best to plug the TNHELIPAD into your laptop ports because the power consumption is low and the laptop’s port does not put out that much power.
